House of Soke Instructors

Every Ken Zen Ichii instructor listed has ongoing personal training under the direction of Soke Dwight Childress. Soke's instruction goes beyond physical training and includes subjects such as martial arts culture and tradtion, business aspects, and people skills with an emphasis on child instruction.

Each instructor has the capacity to facilitate the many different disciplines of the Ken Zen Ichii System.

Background: Kyoshi Leary has been active in the martial arts for over 20 years. His training includes groundfighting, self-defense and various weapons.
Specialty: Ground fighting, Weapons and physical conditioning and Self-defense.

Shihan Nate Brown

Background: Shihan Brown has studied Ken Zen Ichii for more than 10 years.
Specialty:Certified peronal trainer. Over 9 years of pee-wee, junior, and adult development. Master Instructor Namaste Tai Chi.

Sensei John Casisa - 4th Degree

Background: Sensei Casisa has been active in martial arts for over 10 years.
Specialty: Motions and concepts, kata, general instruction, and Tai Chi.

Background:Over 10 years martial arts experience in KZI karate and wrestling.
